Lauren began dance training at an early age which went on into her teens. She studied at the West Coast School of Arts.
As a 13-year-old she resorted to first uploading dance and lip-sync videos on TikTok, before diversifying into several other forms of content. Apart from her freestyle dance and lip-syncs content, Kettering has diversified her content into a wide variety of videos, that include, story-time, comedic, fashion, and beauty videos featuring the songs of popular artists which helps her expand her viewership on social media.
Kettering created her YouTube channel in 2019 for the sole purpose of uploading lifestyle and vlogging content. Kettering has also been popular for her appearance on the Brat series Attaway General on which she made her acting debut in 2020. She played the character of Rosie. Kettering was also part of the all-girls TikTok group, “Not a Content House” and was one of the few stars who officially spoke against the house’s management officials.
