Ajey Nagar, better known as CarryMinati, is an Indian YouTuber and streamer from Faridabad, India with a net worth of around $15.62 million as per Net Worth Spot.

On his channel CarryMinati, he is known for his roasting videos, comedic skits, and reactions to various online topics. CarryisLive, his other channel, is dedicated to gaming and live streams.

Nagar began uploading videos to YouTube when he was ten years old. His primary YouTube channel has been up and running since 2014. In 2014, the channel was called AddictedA1, and Nagar would upload video game footage as well as his reactions to the game.

In 2015, he renamed the channel CarryDeol and began uploading gameplay footage of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive while impersonating Sunny Deol. Nagar continued to create videos in this format, uploading roasts of Indian music videos and rap music by smaller artists he refers to as "bakchod." It was around this time that his channel began to grow, as this format was relatively new to Indian content on YouTube.

Nagar was inspired by a running joke about him joining the Illuminati. He quickly changed his name and even his YouTube logo to fit the theme, with the Illuminati pyramid as his icon and the Illuminati eye at the end of each of his videos. The channel was later renamed CarryMinati. Nagar announced in May 2021 that the channel had more than 30 million subscribers. As of July 2024, his channel has 42.9 million subscribers.

Nagar launched an additional YouTube channel called CarryIsLive in early 2017, where he live-streams himself playing video games. On this channel, he has hosted live-streams to raise funds for victims of Cyclone Fani in Odisha in 2019, and flooding in Assam and Bihar in 2020.

Nagar was named the 10th Next Generation Leaders 2019 by Time magazine in 2019. This is an annual list of ten young people who build innovative careers. He was named one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 Asia in April 2020. In the 2022 film Runway 34, he made a cameo appearance as himself.
