Dropout, originally known as CollegeHumor, is an American Improv comedy collective based in Los Angeles. It originated from CollegeHumor, a humor website founded by Josh Abramson and Ricky Van Even in 1999. In early 2009, CollegeHumor's editorial crew created and starred in their own MTV show, TheCollegeHumorShow. Dropout is run by CHMedia, an independent production business founded by Sam Reich.

CollegeHumor's website was launched in 1999, six years before joining YouTube. It was founded by two high school buddies, with assistance from a web developer.
