When Hau was in the fourth year of her university, she posted a cover clip titled "Lép" online for fun, but it quickly went viral and received high accolades. After graduating, she worked in an office for a while before deciding to focus on creating vlogs and funny videos for YouTube. She is also a member of the dance club SUD Crew, which has shared countless amusing dance videos on 9GAG. On January 17, 2014, she started her YouTube channel, 'Hau Hoang,' which now has over 8.2 million subscribers.


In 2017, she started creating, singing, and uploading parody songs to YouTube with her team. In March 2019, her parody music video "The Big Sisters of School" surpassed singer Huong Giang's song "Em Da Thay Anh Cung Nguoi Ay" to become the top trending video on YouTube. This was also her first video to exceed 100 million views, and it topped the list of the ten most popular videos in Vietnam on YouTube Rewind 2019.
