Taiki Sakamoto, known popularly as Heartrocker and Aek online, is a Thai gaming YouTuber, vlogger, professional esports athlete, musician, shout caster, and live streamer most recognized for his gameplay videos which feature Indie horror games. As of September 2022, the Heartrocker YouTube channel has amassed over 7.99 million subscribers and an impressive count of over 2,871,101,611 views.

Taiki started his career as a YouTuber long before he registered his Heartrocker channel in December 2012. His first YouTube channel was registered in early 2012 under the name Plaitiangfilm. His content on this channel was largely based on Anime and his debut video dubbed the entirety of Death Note in Thai. Following a number of copy strikes, he decided to switch up his content and started uploading skits, vlogs and other IRL content which featured his roommate. Due to the aforementioned copy strikes, his channel was officially terminated by YouTube. Following a successful YouTube career, Taiki joined multilan, a channel that gathered Thai gaming Youtubers to make content. On September 2021, Taiki joined the Sainua Family, a collective that includes KS139, 1000prueni, and cigaretteS.

For a brief period of time, Taiki used to be a professional PUBG: Mobile player and even won the G-STAR 2017 championship in South Korea. At the time he played for MiTH, “Made in Thailand”, an ESports team based in Thailand.

The channel saw its first video go live on the same day and it was titled “[Scribblenauts Unlimited #1] The world is beautiful with our hands”. It featured a playthrough of Taiki playing Scribblenauts Unlimited and the video earned over 1.9 million views. Thanks to this stellar introduction to the digital world, Taiki became viral and he earned a massive number of followers. However, as mentioned above, Taiki was no newcomer to the business and his past efforts allowed him to be this successful.
