Tomorrow X Together (TXT) is a South Korean boy band created by Big Hit Music. Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and HueningKai are the group's five members.
They made their debut with the extended play (EP) The Dream Chapter: Star on March 4, 2019. The EP debuted and peaked at number one on the Gaon Album Chart and the Billboard World Albums Chart, and it debuted at number 140 on the US Billboard 200, making it the highest-charting debut album by any male K-pop group at the time.
TXT stands for Tomorrow X Together. Big Hit Entertainment founder Bang Si-hyuk announced plans for a second boy group as early as 2017, with a debut date slated for early 2019. On January 10, 2019, TXT was officially unveiled. Over the next ten days, YouTube videos featuring each member, termed “introduction films,” were uploaded.
