Getting ready for Game 6, Karl-Anthony Towns and the Minnesota Timberwolves have arrived at the Target Center to take on the Denver Nuggets. The Wolves are on the brink of elimination as the Nuggets are up 3-2 in the best-of-seven series. Minnesota is looking forward to stopping the defending champions and hopefully extending the series tonight.

Towns showed up for Game 6 with a $11,100 Louis Vuitton bag as he exited his $174,350 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 SUV. 'KAT' is locked in as he hasn't been consistent in the last three games of the series.

In Game 5, three-time MVP Nikola Jokic had a historic night as he had 40 points, seven rebounds, and 13 assists. He joined Chris Paul as the only player to have 40+ points, 5+ rebounds, 10+ assists, and zero turnovers in the playoffs.

The Wolves will have to work on how they'll slow down the Nuggets to extend the series. The team hasn't performed well defensively, losing three straight games after winning the first two in the series.

Their best player Anthony Edwards has been inconsistent in the past three games. He's only had one game where he reached the 20-point mark. Over the past five games, he's averaged 30.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 5.8.

KAT has done his best for the Wolves in the past five games. He's averaged 19.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 2.8 assists. The star big man has shot 51.4% from the field and 52.2% from beyond the arc.

Karl-Anthony Towns downplays knee issues ahead of Game 6

In Game 5, Karl-Anthony Towns had to exit the game briefly as he dealt with issues on his knee. It was the same knee that was surgically repaired during the season. KAT was still able to play well, but his knee bothered him for the rest of the game.

When asked about the condition of his knee, he downplayed the situation and told the media that he'll play Game 6.

"I’m playing, so it don’t matter," Towns said.

With their season on the line, the Wolves will need KAT to play through the injury and help them extend the series. The four-time All-Star has been an integral part of the team's success in the regular and postseason. In their last game, he had 23 points and six rebounds.
