“I HIT MY FIRST EVER TRICKSHOT ON BLACK OPS 2!” is the oldest video on Alex’s channel. This video has over 72k views as of August 2024. In the video, Alex plays Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and achieves his first trickshot in the game.
Formula began his gaming career in his adolescence when he became obsessed with Call of Duty. He quickly met others who shared his passion for the game and eventually started the Red Reserve YouTube gaming channel, where he fostered a tiny but devoted community of Call of Duty players.
In November 2014, he registered the now-defunct YouTube channel. Despite forming the team, Kushelevskiy chose to manage it rather than compete with or create content for it, according to TubeFilter. He made sporadic appearances as a gamer and commentator while managing Red Reserve and eventually managed to get the Red Reserve associated with the FaZe Clan.
For a long time, Red Reserve was regarded as a minor surrogate organization of the FaZe Clan. This cooperation allowed Formula to collaborate with FaZe Clan members and start filming Call of Duty collaboration films on the side.
Following the final breakdown and disbandment of the Red Reserve, Formula began to gravitate toward content creation rather than management, owing to his noticeable negative experience during his first managerial job.
Fortnite, Epic Games’ popular Battle Royale, was published around the same time. Formula switched from Call of Duty to Fortnite and eventually registered his self-titled YouTube account on May 9, 2017.
According to Net Worth Spot, Alex has an estimated net worth of $530.57 thousand as of August 2024. On average, the Formula channel has received 1.58 million views per month and more than 52.64 thousand views per day.
YouTube channels can earn between $3 and $7 per thousand video views. Based on this information, we estimate that the Formula YouTube channel produces $6.32 thousand in ad income per month and $94.74 thousand per year. Some YouTube channels earn more than $7 for every 1,000 video views. Alex might earn more than $170.54 thousand per year on the high end. YouTubers rarely have a single source of revenue. Successful YouTubers have sponsors as well, and they can improve their revenue by promoting their own items.
According to Social Blade, Formula earns between $610 and $9,800 per month and between $7,300 and 117,100 each year.
Kushelevskiy said in an interview with TubeFilter that he was born in Russia but has resided in the United States for the past 20 years, largely in Philadelphia, before migrating to Florida to join his fellow Luminosity Gaming video developers.
