The crafting table is one of the most important things that you will use while playing the game. It is essential if you are playing the game in any of the survival game modes. To craft most items, you will need to use a crafting table. Every item has a “recipe” which is a pattern in which the items must be placed on the crafting table.
The player can make a crafting table by using 4 units of any sort of wood plank. Once you have the four planks you will need to fill up the 2x2 crafting grid that is a part of your inventory. After doing this, you will have made a crafting table for use.
You need to place items in a specific pattern in the crafting grid to craft another item. These patterns are known as crafting recipes and must be followed precisely for successfully crafting something. Below, you can see the crafting recipe for a chest; if the wooden planks aren't placed in that pattern you will not be able to craft the chest.
