On January 16, 2012, Nogla launched his YouTube channel and started posting videos with game commentary. Every time he plays Garry’s Mod, he uses a Zoidberg character model, which his friends tease for having wide eyes and protruding appendages on his face.

He began playing with a model of his GTA V character after they recorded a video of Zoidberg’s demise. Not until a few videos later did he play as Zoidberg once more. He began acting as a model for his YouTube icon on December 1, 2016, and has continued to do so ever since.

He changed his channel name and icon on December 26, 2021. It was renamed “Daithi De Nogla” instead of “Nogla” by him.

When Nogla began incorporating his Irish slang and rage into his videos, he began to gain more popularity. This set him apart from other well-known YouTube stars. Along with making videos, he started performing live, performing with other celebrities, and commenting on the well-known GTA 5 video game character.

“GTA 5 Funny Moments: Bike Stunt Fails, Prison Shop Takeover! (GTA V Online)” is the oldest available video on Nogla’s channel. In the video, he plays GTA V online with his friends, and the group takes over a prison shop and try to do stunts with bikes.

Nogla served as the captain of one of ten official YouTube gaming teams in 2020 that competed in the Call of Duty: Warzone video game. For Military Appreciation Month, the $100,000 tournament prize was given to the Call of Duty Endowment.

Nogla was born in County Limerick, Ireland and he used to play video games on his brothers' gaming systems when he was younger, and at age 16, he got his own Nintendo 64. Before quitting his early childhood care and education course at the Institute of Technology, Tralee, he worked full-time on his YouTube channel. Nogla's YouTube channel attained a million subscribers in 2014 while he was a student at Tralee.
