Kylie moved into her 13,200-square-foot palatial mansion in the Hidden Hills district of Los Angeles sometime in 2021. She reportedly dropped over $12 million for this 17th-century Cape Cod-style mansion as reported by Architectural Digest.

The house was initially designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard and was built in 2015, and after extensive renovations, is a true extension of Kylie’s personality. With hardwood floors, marble bench tops, and classic finishes - Kylie’s mansion has a sophisticated and luxurious vibe throughout thanks to its fusion of classic and modern architecture.

The house features 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a theater room, a spa, a giant pool, and a 1.4-acre garden that gives stellar views of Los Angeles from four different patios. The young business and fashion mogul has often shared glimpses of her Hidden Hills mansion on her Instagram account which has often left her fans wanting to know all the details about the house.

Presumably, the main door of the house opens to this stunning all-white lobby with a sleek staircase and taupe wood flooring. As a part of her extensive renovations, one can notice hints and splashes of Kylie’s favorite color, pink.

This picture from Kylie’s Instagram during Christmas time shows the main lobby from a different perspective. The wall accompanying the sleek modern staircase are screen prints of Marilyn Monroe created by Andy Warhol and a black leather couch sits in the middle of the lobby which was replaced by a giant Christmas for the holiday season.

Kylie’s living room yet again features a monochrome but unlike her pristine white lobby, grey is the color of choice for the living room. This room features floor-to-ceiling windows which lead to a view of the massive swimming pool as well as her backyard. Unlike every other room in the house, this space does not feature splashes of pink and everything including the couch, and the curtains all stick to the grey color theme to give it a very minimalist modern feel.

Kylie’s Hidden Hills mansion has a closet dedicated to handbags. Her collection features everything from Birkins to uber-rare bags from the likes of Judith Leiber, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton, among many others. The prized possessions are housed in a white lacquer shelf with mirrored walls, hardwood floors, and a glass chandelier.

Apart from the $12 million Hidden Hills mansion, Kylie also owns a $36.5 million mansion in Holmby Hills, California as well as $15 million for a vacant plot in the neighborhood of her current primary residence. Aside from the Hidden Hills real estate, Kylie also owns a private house in The Oaks private gated community in Calabasas, a $13.5 million super-luxe home that she bought with Travis Scott in Beverly Hills.
