Jaden Isaiah Hossler (b. February 8, 2001) also known as Jxdn, is an American internet personality and musician. He first went viral on TikTok in 2019, and has now continued to have a large following across all his social media platforms. He has also released many singles and EPs and is currently signed to the Warner Music Group.

Jaden Isaiah Hossler was born in Texas. He moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee at age 14. He attended Grace Baptist Academy for his high school education. Hossler was raised in a Christian household and grew up listening to classic rock and pop music. While in high school, he had performed in various musicals and plays. At the same time, he battled depression and coped with it by listening to artists like Juice WRLD and XXXTentacion.

He soon turned to social media for expressing himself, and has been able to gain a large following since then.

Jaden started his social media career on TikTok in 2019. He went viral there for posting covers of the music of various artists. Subsequently, he gained over a million followers and joined the Sway House, a content creation hub that served as a rival and contemporary to the more popular Hype House. He later left the Sway House in the middle of a controversy, in May 2020. Despite this, he continued to have growth in his fan following.

Music career

Hossler also began his music career in February 2020 with the release of his debut single “Comatose”, which caught the attention of Blink-182 drummer and artist Travis Barker. The latter signed him onto his label DTA Records in a joint deal with Elektra Records.

Under DTA Records, Jaden released a few more singles, “Angels & Demons", "So What" and “Pray”, the latter of which chronicled his journey with depression and was a fundraiser for suicide prevention.

In October 2020, Hossler was signed into a global co-publishing agreement with Warner Chappell Music. On October 21, 2020, he released a collaborative single with artist Iann Dior, which was titled "Tonight". On December 18, 2020, Hossler released the single "Better Off Dead", co-written by alternative artists Lauv and Blackbear, and co-produced by Travis Barker. Jxdn also revealed the title of his debut studio album Tell Me About Tomorrow, which was subsequently released in July 2021.

In January 2021, Hossler appeared in Machine Gun Kelly's film Downfalls High. Later that month, Hossler released a rock version of Olivia Rodrigo's debut single "Drivers License" which was produced by Travis Barker.

The following month, in February, Hossler featured on Nessa Barrett's single "La Di Die". The song became a hit and featured in the Top 10 listings of many music charts, including that of Billboard. The two artists, along with Barker, performed the single live for the first time on April 7, 2021 on the episode of ABC’s primetime talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and performed the song again on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on April 12, 2021.

Hossler was nominated for the Social Star award at the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards, but lost to Olivia Rodrigo.

On June 4, 2021, Hossler announced the track listing and release date for his debut album, which was announced in 2020. He released the fifth single from the album, "Think About Me". The album contains 18 songs, with Travis Barker serving as the producer.

The album was released alongside "Wanna Be", a collaborative single with Machine Gun Kelly. Hossler was an opening act on the latter’s "Tickets to My Downfall" Tour, which started in fall 2021 and also started his own "Tell Me About Tomorrow" tour which kicked off in the same month. Jaden has been public about his struggles with depression, and stated that he attempted suicide twice in high school. He often incorporates his depression into his music, and has even released a song that is meant to raise awareness about suicide prevention.

In May 2020, both Jaden and fellow Sway House member Bryce Hall were arrested in Lee County, Texas, on charges of drug possession. Hossler was charged with possession of a controlled substance between 4 and 400 grams and was released on bond.

Jaden was also friends with Cooper Noriega, the late TikToker who passed away in June 2022. He has dedicated singles and social media posts to him.
