When she started out, she only drew cartoons for fun, but then her friend who ran a TikTok account named FruitzFrenz helped her get started to make her own content. Since then, she has uploaded drawing and character design tutorials. Many of her followers often make her and her drawings new trends and memes. Her content also includes café sketching videos, glow-up diaries, and celebrities’ drawings. Many people love her due to her ridiculous and funny content.

At first, Hopkins's specialty was illustration, but then she realized she preferred doing character design and animation. From 2018 to 2019, she became a beach safety comic-book artist. During her university life, she worked as a character designer for DefyMedia, thanks to her professor named Walter Santucci. In May 2020, Audrey started new social media accounts Twitter and YouTube. Hopkins began her social media platform on Instagram and later became a viral internet personality and content creator on TikTok, gaining over 1.6 million followers in her first six months on the social media platform. Currently, she has over 13.6 million fans on TikTok, 1.7 million subscribers on YouTube, and 418k followers on Instagram.

In May 2020, she was featured on the TikTok Livestream to help raise money for WHO to help people who got impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. In March 2021, she streamed Among US with other Internet stars, including Call Me Kris, Shane Whalley, and youthpastorryan or Ryan Kelly. Audrey Hopkins was born on November 22, 1993, in California, United State. She has not revealed any information about her family or background yet. The only trace of her family is through her mother who Hopkins posted about in a TikTok video where she drew a cartoon of her mother for Mother's Day 2021.

Hopkins realized her passion for designing characters from an early age and followed through with it. She even studied art, as she obtained a bachelor's degree in illustration/animation from California State University, Long Beach. She met Richard Conley at California State University and began dating.
