Since then, she has branched out to releasing music, appearing as an actress and participant in various television, film and web series appearances, alongside being a model and a social media influencer.

Tacoda Dubbs (b. November 21, 2002) is an American TikToker and musician, famous for his lip-sync and POV TikToks. He is also a musician, having released 3 songs on Spotify- “I think I miss u”, “Prada Purse”, and “Random Faults”. He has over 11k monthly listeners on the platform.

Mackenzie and Dubbs started dating in August 2020 after her split with actor Isaak Presley.

On Instagram, she uploaded a photo of the both of them, with her hands around his waist as they enjoyed a trip to the beach together that same month. Their social media posts together contain many displays of PDA and intimacy, with Mackenzie putting an Instagram story of her missing Tacoda at one point.

When talking about her boyfriend on the “Pretty Basic” podcast in February 2021, Ziegler said, “I think I found the right one.”

Mackenzie and Isaak Presley dated between August 2019 and May 2020. Isaak Presley (b. June 16, 2002) is an American actor, best known for playing the character Bobby Popko on the Netflix series Fuller House, a spinoff of Full House. Throughout the time they were dating, they uploaded posts about, and with each other on social media, and also did YouTube videos together frequently.

In March 2020, rumors of Isaak cheating surfaced on social media. However, Ziegler denied the allegations saying, “I’m with him everyday!”. However, in an Instagram Live in May 2020, Ziegler told fans that they had split:

“I’ve been seeing a lot of comments asking if Isaak and I are together, just because right now we are not together. I had to act like we were OK because I didn’t want you guys to hate on him or anything. He didn’t do anything, I didn’t do anything, we’re just both not in a good mental state right now. We just decided to be friends right now. It’s super hard because I love him a lot. I hope it’ll get better and that we’re both going to be OK but we can’t be together right now.”

Isaak made his own YouTube video addressing the split and the infidelity allegations:

“I have nothing but love for Kenz and everything she’s done. I have not one negative thing to say. I don’t want you guys to think that. Sometimes when people break up, it doesn’t really have to do with their bad blood, it’s just sometimes timing doesn’t work out, or you know, it’s just something that’s not really in the control of both sides. Despite allegations, I did not cheat on Kenz. You guys aren’t in our personal lives, so what you guys see is only a certain layer of reality. It’s just something that you’re seeing, but you don’t know the full story behind it. I haven’t ever addressed the situation because it’s beneath me, and the only people that mattered to know the truth was Kenz and I, it’s our relationship.”

As of 2022, it is unknown whether they have stayed friends, however, they do follow each other on social media.
