Princess in Terraria

The Princess will spawn once there is an empty house, and every other NPC (not including town pets or Santa Claus) is present. This requires the player to have defeated Plantera to unlock the Cyborg before they can unlock the Princess.

The Princess is focused on selling a variety of items centered around the theme of fairy tales such as the Royal Tiara, Royal Blouse, Royal Dress, Royal Scepter, Glass Slipper, Prince Uniform, Prince Pants, Prince Cape, Potted Crystal Fern, Potted Crystal Spiral, Potted Crystal Teardrop, Potted Crystal Tree, Princess 64, Painting of a Lass, Dark Side of the Hallow, Bernie’s Button, Music Box (Journey’s End), Slime Staff, Heart Lantern, Flask of Party, Sandstorm in a Bottle, Terragrim, Pirate Staff, Discount Card, Lucky Coin, Coin Gun, and Any Pylon.

The Princess is a bit different from other NPCs, partially due to the fact that she can only be obtained after the player has obtained all other NPCs. She is also unique in the fact that she has no biome or neighbor preferences, as she loves living with any three NPCs living near her and is liked by all other NPCs. She is also especially prone to loneliness, as her unhappiness is maxed if she is not surrounded by either 2 or more other NPCs within 25 tiles, or 2 other NPCs that are between 25 and 120 tiles away.
