Terraria Characters

In Terraria, you can swap between characters and get them into different worlds effortlessly. Any character you create in Terraria will have their equipped items, accessories, max health, mana, and any other inventory items kept with them between worlds. If you need to quickly harvest wood but all the easily accessible trees near you have been chopped down, you can hop into a new world to grab a few stacks before returning to your own world.

While your worlds can have selected difficulties, your characters will only have one of two options – Journey mode or Regular mode. Journey characters can only be played on journey worlds, which functions like a collector’s way to enjoy the game. Regular characters may face different challenges depending on world difficulty.
