In Terraria, you can swap between characters and get them into different worlds effortlessly. Any character you create in Terraria will have their equipped items, accessories, max health, mana, and any other inventory items kept with them between worlds. While your worlds can have selected difficulties, your characters will only have one of two options – Journey mode or Regular mode.
