Avani Kiana Gregg (b. November 23, 2002) is an American make-up artist and internet personality. She first became popular for her make-up tutorials on TikTok.

As a result of her popularity, she bagged the Shorty Award for TikToker of the Year in 2019, and was featured in the 2020 as well as the 2021 editions of the Forbes 30 Under 30 in the social media category.
Avani was born in Brownsburg, in the state of Indiana. Her mother is of Indo-Guyanese descent, while her father is of Afro-Guyanese and Mongolian descent.
Avani has two sisters- Shanti and Priya. Shanti is also a social media influencer. As a child, Avani was a competitive gymnast until a stress fracture in her back compelled her to stop practicing altogether.
Her claim to fame on TikTok was a viral video in 2019, when she put on Harley Quinn-styled clown make-up, leading viewers to know her as ‘Clown Girl’.

Avani first went viral in 2019 for her TikTok video where she does make-up and styling for a Harley Quinn-like clown look. This was part of the #ClownCheck challenge on the site. She got the nickname “Clown Girl” for the same.
