The car was initially purchased from a normal retailer and then sent off to the popular automobile repair shop and customization experts, West Coast Customs. The team at West Coast Customs wrapped photos of her face on the car and gave it all the matching color and glitter it needed to match JoJo’s aesthetics and style.

Upon posting the image of the car on social media, JoJo received a lot of ridicule and trolling with Justin Bieber asking her to burn her hideous car, which made the post go viral.

Given how the BMW M4 at the time was treated as a fine choice for gearheads thanks to its driving dynamics and excellent performance at thrilling high speeds, many people did not appreciate a car like this being ‘disrespected’ by the then 16-year-old YouTuber.

Keeping it in tune with the theme of her aesthetic and style, the Model X also features a splash of color on every tire with rainbow-colored spokes. The interiors of the car also feature different colored seats that seemingly look like an exact copy of the interiors of her BMW M4.

Getting into the specifics of the car, the Model X features a dual-motor All-Wheel Drive that allows it to go from 0-60 in less than 3.8 seconds and is capable of producing over 670 bhp. The Model X also comes with a range of 348 miles or 560 km when fully charged, effectively allowing a person to drive from San Jose to Los Angeles without needing to recharge.

The stand-out feature of the car remains to be 360° rear, side, and forward-facing cameras that provide maximum visibility up to 250 meters that help the Model X detect nearby cars to avoid collisions and assist with parking using the Tesla Vision technology.

As of 2022, the Tesla Model X retails at over $114,990 though JoJo’s Tesla would have cost a lot more considering the sheer volume of customizations done on the car.
