Siwa’s house has very distinctive features compared to other houses. The corridors are decorated with JoJo’s outfits from her past music videos, the bar area is currently fully dedicated to the storage of more than a thousand pounds of candy. A little away from the bar is the “7-Eleven” corner, featuring a popcorn maker, a pizza rotator, a nacho cheese machine and a slush maker.
Her bedroom also contains a lot of candy machines, as shown in a house tour video, which has now been made private for unknown reasons. As shown in the video, JoJo’s house is also equipped with a games' room which has a custom-made pool table, a Coca-Cola table, a crane game and a gumball machine. It also contains a basketball court, a lounging area, outdoor seating, foosball, as well as a pingpong table.
There is also a whole room dedicated to JoJo Siwa’s merchandise, which has her posters plastered all over. It stores a lot of JoJo Siwa’s current merchandise. JoJo Siwa has also given a tour of the house and shown what it looks like during the Christmas holidays, but that video has been made private for unknown reasons.
It is not known what other properties JoJo Siwa owns, considering the fact that she is still living with her family as of 2022.
JoJo Siwa’s bedroom contains candy machines that contain at least 4,000 pounds of candy. Some of them include Jolly Rancher, Haribo Gummy Colas, Starbursts and Skittles.
