The 22-year-old American TikTok star and dancer rose to fame with his dance and lip-sync videos on TikTok. He joined the video-sharing platform back when it was famous by the name Musical.ly. Justmaiko was a passionate dancer since his childhood and always wanted to become a professional dancer.
He learned many dance styles and started creating content on social media platforms. Soon, he attracted millions of views and likes on his video and became one of the top musers on TikTok. As of 2022, Justmaiko has 51.6 million followers on his verified TikTok account. Justmaiko also created dancing videos and tutorials on his YouTube channel which he launched in 2014. As of 2022, he has over 2.68 million subscribers on his YouTube channel.
He also runs a channel in collaboration with his family members named the Shluv Family. He is one of the most watched content creators on social media platforms and has 2.3 million followers on his official Instagram handle. Justmaiko is the brand ambassador of an energy drink brand, Bang, and also runs a merchandise label named Shluv clothing. He recently collaborated with Robin DeFay to create a gaming ecosystem for gaming lovers where they can play and earn.
Recently, just approximately two weeks ago, Michael Le aka Justmaiko announced on his verified TikTok account that he is saying goodbye to his Shluv House 2.0 and shifting to Shluv House 3.0. The third house is owned by Michael Le and the previous houses were rented.
The house is located in Los Angeles, California and the details such as exact location, approximate price, and size have not been disclosed yet. Fans can expect a video on the home tour of his newly purchased house to release on his YouTube channel soo.
According to the TikTok video, by Le, we can get an idea about the interior of the new house. The Shluv House 3.0 has a lawn, a pool, spacious rooms, grand staircase and we can assume that, just like his previous houses, the new house will be luxurious.
The video has 1 million views and the Shluv family is under the shifting process from their old house to the new house.

Before shifting to Shluv House 3.0, Michael Le aka Justmaiko, founded Shluv House in 2020. At that time, the members of the Shluv house included names such as Spencer X, Justmaiko, Jonathan Le (Justmaiko’s brother), Michael Uy, Javier Romero, Matthew Gonzalez, couple Jon, Elyssa Klaasen, and Derek Graham. As per an interview, Justmaiko refused to call Shluv House a TikTok collective and rather liked to call it a content house.

The reason was that the motive of that group is just to create content for their fans and not have a negative image in public. Le said that every member comes from a different niche that can help them collectively in increasing their social media presence. The very first Shluv House was rented and spread around 9,000 square feet. The house had a swimming pool and plenty of natural lights for filming because of the floor-to-ceiling windows, grand staircase, basement, theater, and nine bedrooms.
The creators are still in contact. However, it seems that now they do not create much content together. Then in August 2021, Le rented his second house with new members this time and called it Shluv House 2.0.
The members of the second house were the intermediate family members of Justmaiko, including his mother Tina Le, his sister Tiffany Le and younger brothers, Jonathan Le and Daniel Le. The house was big with a pool, garden, white aesthetic staircase, playing zone, big bedrooms, minigolf area, backyard, studio, and more.
