Maverick Baker is an American singer, songwriter, musician, TikTok star, and social media personality. Maverick is mostly recognized for being one-half of the pop duo called Cash & Maverick, which features his younger brother and bandmate, Cash Baker. However, the brothers truly found mainstream success and internet stardom after their second single, Whatever It Takes, was uploaded to their YouTube channel in April 2019. The video earned over 96 million views and directly put both, Cash and Maverick, into the spotlight on all popular social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
2019 was quite the year for Cash & Maverick as it saw the pop duo release four more singles, namely, Queen, All My Life, Good Thing, and Young & Broken. These four videos cumulatively accrued over 39 million views.
Following an exceptionally good reception to their music, the brothers decided to go on their The Cash & Maverick Elevation Tour’ in 2020, which saw them perform in over 25 cities across the United States.
Shortly after their debut North American tour ended, Cash & Maverick were signed by Shot Studios, a media company that specializes in creating social media content for handheld devices.
