Sabrina Ann Lynn Carpenter is an American actress and singer who made her acting debut with an appearance in the crime series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and received recognition for her recurring role in The Goodwin Games. Carpenter gained acclaim when she starred in the Disney Channel series Girl Meets World.

Carpenter was born in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania on May 11, 1999. Carpenter was homeschooled and began posting videos on YouTube of her singing when she was 10. To promote the album, Carpenter embarked on her most extensive headlining tour yet, the Emails I Can't Send Tour, starting in September 2022. However, a major highlight of her career came in 2023 when she was chosen as an opening act for Taylor Swift's record-breaking Eras Tour.

Carpenter continued to evolve musically with the release of her Christmas EP "Fruitcake" in late 2023, which included a holiday rendition of her hit "Nonsense."

As of 2024, Carpenter's career remains on an upward trajectory with the anticipation of her upcoming album "Short n' Sweet," preceded by the chart-topping singles "Espresso" and "Please Please Please."
