The study has a built-in desk, cabinets and bookshelves, which also serves as Josh Richards’ office. One of the rooms is used as a gym with a steam shower. The mansion compound includes a pool, spa, sprawling lawns, inviting gardens, fruit trees, as well as multiple balconies and decks. The interior courtyard is equipped with a water feature to facilitate a calm environment.
