The Buffalo S in GTA V is the updated version of the original Buffalo, featuring a supercharged engine and a refreshed design inspired by the 2012-2014 Dodge Charger SRT8. It exudes a more aggressive and modern American sports car aesthetic.
The front fascia showcases a chrome grille, dual headlights, and turning signals, with a prominent central intake and smaller ones near the tires. The hood boasts a wide bulge that starts from the middle.
The sides of the car feature small panels with "Supercharged" lettering, along with flat skirts and window trims. The rear maintains its overall design but introduces new tail lights with a single red stripe connecting them.
The car is typically painted in a primary color for the body, with the hood bulge and roof painted in a secondary color. It sports a unique set of ten-spoke rims resembling the "Mercie'' sport rims, but with a straighter appearance.
The performance of the Buffalo S is a mixed bag. While it offers slightly improved acceleration and top speed compared to the regular Buffalo, it falls short when compared to other Sports cars.
Its handling is lacking, with slow response time and limited cornering ability. However, it excels in stability, making it difficult to spin out and easy to correct if it does happen.
The braking power is strong and reliable. In terms of durability, it can withstand moderate damage but will eventually fail after sustained hits. Under the hood, the Buffalo S features a twin-cam, straight-4 engine paired with a 5-speed gearbox, delivering an aggressive, high-revving sound similar to the Gauntlet and the Picador.

This vehicle does not appear in any storyline missions of GTA V.
Spawns at Franklin’s safehouse, being his personal vehicle.
Can be seen driven by Franklin when switching to him.
As evidenced by early game trailers, the Buffalo S was at some point meant to be a traffic vehicle. The same can be said for the Bodhi, which appeared briefly in the first GTA V trailer.
The default radio stations for the Buffalo S are Radio Los Santos, The Lab and West Coast Classics.
Although it is manufactured by Bravado, there is a Vapid logo on the front seat floor mats, likely reused assets from the Stanier and the Taxi.
