The Metro Train in GTA V is modelled after the Siemens P2000 used on the LA Metro Green Line. It features a short chassis with twin-axle bogies, circular headlights on a black front section, a curved windshield, and a "LOS SANTOS" destination box. The sides have mirrors, access doors, and marker lights, while the roof has a pantograph and what appears to be an air conditioning unit.
Inside, there's an inaccessible operator's cabin with a single seat and a control panel, while the passenger compartment has eight bench seats. The train is white and red with Los Santos Transit branding and is equipped with two horns: a standard cop airhorn and a quieter Freight Train horn.
