This car is modeled after the Ferrari Enzo and the Pagani Zonda. The roof is like a Pagani with the front being like the Ferrari Enzo. It even has features of the Ferrari FXX. The Cheetah has a vertical headlight strip and curvy tail lights in the form of stripes on the back edges of the car. The front grille is low, just above the thin bumper of the car. A grille can be seen on the rear of the car as well, above the bumper. The exhaust upgrades sit alongside the grille at the back. Above this is the CHEETAH lettering. The sides of the car have vents just next to the door which is a cherry on the cake for the aerodynamic body shape of the car.

The Grotti Cheetah appears to come with a single-overhead camshaft V8 engine. This powers it with immense torque and horsepower to dominate the streets of San Andreas. It is an excellent vehicle for getaways and police chases, leaving everyone behind in the dust. The suspension of the Cheetah when upgraded even helps it drive under some highly suspended vehicles. The high-speed cornering and braking of this vehicle is great and gives complete control over the high speeds that this car can reach. The handling is great with no oversteer felt while making sharp turns as well. In hilly areas, this car has its wheels in the air most of the time but can be brought under control very quickly. It is claimed to have a top speed of 221mph, even though the speedometer is limited to 200mph.
