The beater Tornado has a similar design to the standard Tornado with the only difference being the worn bodywork and rusty details. It can be resprayed with only a single color. The performance of the vehicle is the same as the standard variant as the two share their handling data.

This vehicle does not make any prominent appearance in the storyline of GTA V.
Can usually be found in South Los Santos and Sandy Shores as they are the poorer neighborhoods.
Can be spotted around the docks of Los Santos.
The Tornado is one of the vehicles that the Epsilon Program request Michael De Santa to acquire for them in the mission "Assuming the Truth".
At the 7:00 PM spawn point near the Altruist Camp in the mountains, two NPCs drive a mariachi variant Tornado off a cliff while surrounded by police.
When applied with proper modifications, the Tornado can resemble Christine, the demonic possessed car from the eponymous horror film.
