Al Di Napoli is a minor character in GTA V who appears as a celebrity.
He is one of the celebrities who is the target of Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill. They ask Trevor not just to bring back a souvenir from him, but kidnap him. He is of Italian-American origin and currently lives in Los Santos. He also appears in The Ballad Of Gay Tony and is voiced by Dominic Comperatore.

Al Di Napoli is an Italian-American actor and also an alcohol and drug addict. He starred in “The Redeemer”, a film by Dreyfuss Productions in 1989. In 2008, when not performing shows or acting in films or TV in Los Santos or Liberty City, Al lived in Vice City. Al claims he doesn't like it in Los Santos and doesn’t understand how other actors live there. He is one of the honored celebrities on the Vinewood Walk of Fame, with his star just west of the Oriental Theater.
Al Di Napoli appears in the mission Vinewood Souvenirs when Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill ask Trevor to kidnap Al for them. They later call Trevor back and tell him that they cannot keep him anymore and ask Trevor to deal with him. Trevor then has to decide whether to release him or kill him by leaving him on the train tracks.
If Trevor chooses to leave him early, he will pay Trevor $3000 and tell him to not say anything to anyone about the kidnapping. If released later just before the train tracks, then he will pay Trevor $10,000. His death is however a gold medal objective and hence might be the canon ending to this mission.
Al Di Napoli is seen wearing a black sleeveless t-shirt and black jeans. His shoes are also black in color and he wears a chain with a crucifix around his neck. His hair is gelled and combed backwards. He wears a wrist watch on his left hand and a black band on his right hand.
