The F620 in GTA V draws its design inspiration from a combination of real-world cars. It combines elements of the Maserati GranTurismo and the sleeker Jaguar XK (X150), with front quarter vents reminiscent of the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren.
The headlights resemble those of the Maserati Quattroporte V. The body shape and cabin closely resemble the Super GT, indicating a connection between the two vehicles.
The F620 retains its overall design from The Ballad of Gay Tony, but with some changes. The grille and bottom-left corner of the trunk feature Ocelot badges, and the interior is more detailed, utilizing the "Super GT" interior seen in similar cars. The updated version also features new split five-spoke rims, a different tire pattern, and red brake calipers.
The F620 features a turbocharged Inline-4 engine that delivers adequate power considering its weight. However, its performance has been downgraded compared to its GTA IV version. While acceleration is lacking, the car boasts a high top speed for its class.
It offers a relatively sporty driving experience with decent responsiveness, but it's cornering radius falls short. There is a slight tendency for oversteer, but it can be controlled. The brakes are slightly below average but still acceptable. Unfortunately, the car's crash deformation is subpar, and the engine can be disabled after just a few impacts.

When driving the F620 while being chased by the police, the police scanner will refer to the F620 as a Dewbauchee brand car instead of an Ocelot brand car.
According to the ambient files, the F620 is one of several named vehicles in-game that make up distant car sounds.
While the badge on the steering wheel is that of Dewbauchee, billboards say that the F620 is made by Ocelot. This is probably because Rockstar used the Super GT's interior for the F620.
