It is also known as Auto Fix Factory as seen on the front of the building. It is located on Grove Street, near Davis Ave in Davis.

The Grove Street garage is located at the Auto Fix Factory building. The player garage is accessible from a carpark next to the building. There is a ladder that goes to the roof and a lot of graffiti can be seen on the walls of the building. Logos of car manufacturers can be seen painted on the walls.
The Grove Street Garage can be purchased by Franklin after the mission Father/Son for $30,000. Four vehicles can be stored in the garage with an unlimited number of special vehicles accessible from the menu.
The garage's close proximity to the Ballas-controlled Grove Street may make it slightly dangerous for Franklin Clinton to access, as Ballas gang members may attack him unprovoked, though this is more likely to happen if he exits the parking lot on foot.
A branch of LTD Gasoline is opposite the garage, providing players with a chance to restore their health if necessary.
A. Only Franklin can get into the garage in GTA 5. The player has to either drive a car close to the shutter or walk close to it, after which a box will appear on the top left of the screen with the button/key to be pressed to enter the garage.
