The Luxor in GTA V is a private jet based on a combination of features of the Cessna Citation Jet, Citation Sovereign, and Learjet 45. Its interior is made of mahogany and can seat up to 10 people. It has a black and white/gold paint scheme with a distinctive emblem on the tail, along with yellow/gold lines on the fuselage and stripes on the winglets.
The Luxor is not a high-performance aircraft, but it can be used for leisurely flights. It is the fifth-fastest aircraft in the game, behind the Hydra, P-996 LAZER, Besra, and Vestra. However, it has poor mobility and the highest vehicle mass in air races, making it less competitive.
Despite its speed, the Luxor struggles to take corners sharply and is best suited for straight lines. Additionally, the Luxor's retractable landing gear produces a significant amount of drag, which can cause it to tear off if left extended for too long.
This vehicle cannot be modified.
Can be purchased on the Elitás Travel site for $1,500,000.
Can be found at the Los Santos international Airport.
In keeping with Rockstar's tradition of naming their business jets after Egyptian and Arabic terms, the Luxor (and the Luxor Deluxe) is named after the ancient Egyptian city of the same name.
The emblem on the tail of the Luxor is actually the coat of arms of Emperor Rudolf II of Habsburg.
A picture of the Luxor can be seen in the Max Payne 3 multiplayer map "Tiete River Docks" along with pictures of a Shamal, a Titan and a Hydra.
