Andy Moon can be found standing next to the Nut Buster restaurant on Magellan Avenue in Vespucci, just south of the Beach Combover Barber Shop. He might not appear at all times of the day. Sometimes he can be encountered by switching to Trevor and visiting the location if he isn’t present while playing as the other protagonists.
Andy Moon is a soapboxer and talks about how death will strike soon. He also mentions energies and bodies that speak to him. When encountered as Trevor Philips, he will talk to him about the Altruist Cult, referring to them as people in the hills who can enlighten him or eat him.
