Cypress Flats in an industrial area in GTA V. It is located in East Los Santos, Los Santos, San Andreas. It is surrounded by La Mesa to the north, Rancho to the north west, Banning to the west, Murrieta Heights and El Burro Heights to the east and Elysian Island and Terminal to the south.

The location of Cypress Flats is based on Long Beach, California, whereas the buildings and streets are based on the city of Vernon, California. Cypress Flats is an industrial area which also has a very old railway line running through it which isn’t functional anymore.
It was mostly used for industrial transportation as it runs through the middle of this area. The Freight train passes through Cypress Flats through the underground tunnel which emerges again near Chum Street.
Cypress Flats appears in the following missions:
Blitz Play - Michael, Franklin and Trevor stop a security van by ramming into it on Orchardville Avenue and have to then face the police within an industrial complex in Cypress Flats.
Mr. Richards - Michael De Santa beats up Rocco Pelosi on the roof of a building before stealing a Frogger with Milton McIlroy and Anton Beaudelaire in it.
Fresh Meat - Michael is held by Wei Cheng and his triads at Raven Slaughterhouse on Orchardville Avenue in Cypress Flats. Franklin has to use the trackify app and locate where Michael is being held.
The Third Way - Michael, Franklin and Trevor have to defend the stolen gold being smoldered at the Grand Banks Steel Foundry which leads to a shootout against the FIB and Merryweather.

The area consists of around 4 notable "blocks" on which warehouses and industrial buildings are built upon.
Cypress Flats is home to some of the largest warehouses and industrial facilities, including several purchasable Warehouses and Vehicle Warehouses in GTA Online.

A. Locate Cypress Flats on the map in the main menu. Set a marker to the location. Go back to the game and follow the path highlighted on the minimap.
