Davis is a small city in the southern part of Los Santos in GTA V.
The city is bordered to the north by the neighborhood of Strawberry, to the east by Rancho, to the west by Chamberlain Hills, and to the south by Banning. It is home to two gangs; the Ballas in purple and the Families in green.

Davis is a city with a high crime rate and most of the population is below the poverty line. It is home to two gangs, The Ballas and the Families, and their fights. Grove Street especially has gangsters grouped along the footpaths of the streets. Davis has its own courthouse and even a fire station, making it an independent city.
The population in Davis is mostly African-American. The southern parts have small houses while the north-eastern part of Davis accommodates stores and other businesses. There is a Los Santos transit station at Carson Avenue.
In the mission Hood Safari, Franklin, Lamar and Trevor fight off a bunch of Ballas gang members at Grove Street located in Davis.
Even in the Strangers and Freaks mission with Tonya Wiggins, the car impound next to the Sheriff’s department is located in Davis.
