El Burro Heights is a neighborhood in GTA V located in East Los Santos.
It is surrounded by Murrieta Heights to the north, Palomino Highlands to the east, La Mesa and Cypress Flats to the west and Terminal to the south.

El Burro Heights is based on the Signal Hill neighborhood in California. It is not a very wealthy area and is controlled by gang members. The Marabunta Grande is dominant in this area and towards Rancho a few Vagos gang members can sometimes be spotted. The area has small houses with cracked walls and poorly maintained lawns. It is a bit of a hilly area with the houses situated on gentle slopes.
Lester’s house is located in El Burro Heights from where a few storyline missions of GTA V begin. The following missions feature Lester’s House in El Burro Heights.
