Joe in GTA 5

Joe was a member of the Civil Border Patrol.

During the mission, Joe and Josef use Trevor’s help in tracking down illegal immigrants. He helps them twice, but dislikes them both. After his second encounter with them, Trevor comes across Manuel and asks him when he is being deported by the duo, also telling him he only helped them for the money. Manuel tells Trevor that his family has been in America for over 200 years and that Trevor now owes his family a great debt, asking him to finish the duo off. Trevor hunts down Joe and Josef, killing Josef while Joe flees in a fieldmaster. Trevor then goes after him and kills him as well.

Joe wears a brown cap, a dark brown coat over a check shirt, and dark grey trousers. He wears red aviators as glasses and he appears to have grey hair.

1. Besides English, Joe apparently knows how to speak Russian, since he is capable of understanding Josef.
2. He reveals that he has a brother who has three children and used to be gay until their parents "set him straight".
