He appears in the mission “Deadline” of the Private Taxi Fares side missions. Kwak is of Korean origin and is a singer who got famous after his song went viral on the internet.

Kwak got famous after his song “Bitchz Got Seoul” went viral on the internet in 2012. His music video got over 8 million views in which he is seen dancing around some strippers and even a pony. His first name is not known as only his surname Kwak is mentioned.

Kwak has to be picked up from outside the 24/7 store in Sandy Shores. He will ask Franklin to take him to North Conker Avenue in Vinewood Hills as he is going there to play poker with some friends. He tells Franklin that if he doesn’t reach there fast enough, they won’t let him play. The timer at the bottom of the screen tells how much time the player has to reach the destination. If Franklin reaches fast enough, he will receive an extra tip from Kwak and no tip for not driving fast enough.
Kwak is an Asian man who appears dressed very casually. He has brown hair with the top colored blonde. He wears a t-shirt, over which he wears a light brown jacket. He wears rusty blue jeans, white sneakers, and also a gold chain around his neck.

Kwak is clearly based on the South Korean singer Psy, and his hit "Bitchz Got Seoul" is based on the viral video "Gangnam Style".
