The Mixer is a cement mixer that has two different models. The first generation and the second generation mixers are both operated by the Skiver Construction Corporation. Both generations of the Mixer have circular headlights at the front which are placed on either sides of the front grille. The first generation has two exhaust pipes pointing upwards on either side of the cab and the second generation has just one exhaust pipe to the right of the cab. The fuel tank can be seen right under the driver’s side door on both models of the Mixer. The first generation has a slightly more sloping hood than the second and is found in a single color for the entire body.

The Mixer has a turbocharged inline-4 engine along with a 4-speed gearbox. The top speed and acceleration of this vehicle are not great as expected from a heavy vehicle. The Mixer tips to the sides quite often, especially where the terrain is not flat. This vehicle has a rear wheel drive layout and shares its engine sound with the Phantom and the Rubble.
This vehicle cannot be modified.
This vehicle has no prominent appearances in the storyline missions of GTA 5.
Can be seen driven around the Port of Los Santos.
One can be found parked near a house in Sandy Shores, a block north-west from Trevor's Trailer.
Is sometimes found parked in one of two spaces within the construction area on Power Street.
Can sometimes be seen parked next to the construction cabin.

GTA 5 has two generations of the Mixer which are two separate models for the vehicle. They both have minor differences in their design.
The police scanner audio files refer to the vehicle's manufacturer as "skiver", indicating the company name rather than manufacturer.
Both chassis of the Mixer are manufactured by HVY, despite only the Biff being manufactured by HVY and the second generation Tipper, which shares the cab of the second generation Mixer, being manufactured by Brute. This is likely a developer oversight.
