The Pony in GTA V is a van manufactured by Brute and is based on the 1986-1993 Dodge Ram Van. It has a front resembling a GMC Vandura and a Bedford CF2, and features tall, narrow tail lights and side-mirrors similar to modern vans such as the 1996-present Chevy Express/GMC Savana.
The interior is separated by unique metal bars between the cab and the cargo hold. It can spawn with or without a roof rack and with boxes loaded in the back. It also has three different liveries: Sunset Bleach, GoPostal, and Sprunk Extreme, with specific colors only appearing paired with a certain livery.
The Pony in GTA V has extremely poor acceleration, a higher top speed than other vans but struggles to reach it due to its weight and size. It has acceptable brakes and mediocre cornering, but can surprisingly drift quite decently for a van with below-average performance. The Pony comes with an inline-4 engine and 5-speed gearbox in a FR layout.
This vehicle cannot be modified but can be found with different liveries.
This vehicle does not appear in any storyline missions of GTA V.
The Pony is used for the Smoke on the Water delivery missions. It can be obtained by switching from and back to Franklin after the mission.
Spawns on Amarillo Vista near Lester's house in El Burro Heights.
In GTA V FlyLo FM and Soulwax FM are the default radio stations for the Pony.
Similar to the Burrito, the vehicle is named after a small horse, which references its utilitarian design and purpose.
