Richman In GTA 5

Richman is likely based on Bel-Air. It is a neighborhood filled with rich multi-millionaires and billionaires. The USLA is situated in Richman. The houses here have huge gates and paved entrances with courtyards and swimming pools. Also known as Richman Hills, this location is situated in the north-western hilly region of Los Santos.

The Los Santos Golf Club is located in Richman. Vinewood celebrities come here for the golf course. Some are even seen traveling or being transported in their Limousines. To the north and northeast, there are luxurious mansions sold by famous realtor companies like Lenny Avery. To the northwest, there is a large mansion that stands out amongst the others which is based on the famous Playboy Mansion.

Michael, Franklin or Trevor can drive Castro Lagano to the Los Santos Golf Club after Michael’s falling out with his wife. They are later able to play a round of Golf with Lagano.

A random event takes place here where a thief steals a man’s Pegassi Bati. The player can retrieve it and return it to the man.

3. The name is perhaps a homage to the district of Richman of the City of San Andreas in the original Grand Theft Auto or Richman in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas which was also based on Bel Air.
4. This location is the only one in the series to be featured in all three universes.
