Timm is an equity analyst in Algonquin, Liberty City. Not much is revealed about him but he seems like a man who talks a lot and mostly about himself. He boasts how he can run the models and also date the models with which he wants to say he is good at both numbers and socializing.

Timm can be picked up as part of a random event from the Great Ocean Highway in Chumash. He will ask the player to drop him at the airport within two and a half hours of in-game time. On the way he will talk about himself and about his job. He mentions about the previous night where he spent around $5000 on alcohol and was with strippers and hookers.

If Timm is dropped at the airport within the given time, he will tell the player to invest in the Tinkle stock on the BAWSAQ which will go up after the mission. If the player fails to drop him in time he will mention nothing about the stock and the price won't go up.

Timm is a man somewhere in his late thirties or early forties who is seen dressed in a black suit and a black tie as well. He has slightly curly hair and a grayish mustache. He also wears black shoes. He appears to be a very smartly dressed man who is highly intelligent and serious about his work.

• He cannot be taken to the Altruist Cult as Trevor due to the fact that his event has a time limit.
