The Badger Building is a high-rise building in GTA V located in Hawick. It stands on the corner of Elgin Avenue and Spanish Avenue in Hawick, Los Santos.

The Badger Building is based on the very famous Capitol Records Building in Hollywood, California. This building is a thirteen-story high rise building with an LED advertising display on top of the building (in the Enhanced Version). The roof of the building also has a flagpole with the American flag attached. This building is most probably the main office for the Badger Telecommunications company in Los Santos.
This building has no role or appearance in any missions in GTA 5.
In Grand Theft Auto Online, the building serves as one of SecuroServ's headquarters.
There is an interactive E-Cola vending machine at the entrance.
