The Glendale in GTA V is based on the Mercedes-Benz W114/W115 and has a classic design with a chrome bumper and grille, chrome panellings, and chrome lines on the doors and windows. It also has unique wire wheels with high-profile tyres. The car's primary color is applied to the body, while the secondary color is applied to the roof and pillars. The car is comparable to the 3D Universe's Admiral and features headlights from the larger W108 and a grille resembling that of the W113, as well as a rear fascia and taillights based on the BMW E3.
The Glendale in GTA V is a heavy car with a soft suspension, resulting in understeer through corners and spin-outs. Its acceleration is above average for the sedan class, but mediocre compared to other car classes, and it has a good top speed. The car's durability is average for most sedans, and it is powered by a single-overhead camshaft V8 engine with a diesel-type sound. Installing a "Trunk" modification will slightly increase its traction. Overall, the Glendale has poor handling and stability, but decent acceleration and top speed.

This vehicle does not appear in any missions of GTA V.
In the original version, the car can be found in each protagonist’s garage after the player installs the I’m Not A Hipster DLC update.
A pre-modified Glendale can be found rarely, outside the Los Santos Customs in Burton.
Can be found randomly driven around by NPCs most frequently in Los Santos but also in other places.
The Glendale is likely the predecessor of the 2nd-gen Schafter. This is supported by the fact that the Glendale is based upon the Mercedes-Benz W123 and Mercedes-Benz W114 models, with the Schafter being based upon the present-day E-Class, which in the real world, was the descendant of the two models.
There is a glitch in the enhanced version, where when a turbo is installed, in first person, the engine temperature gauge functions like a boost gauge.
Glendale is a city in Los Angeles County.
WorldWide FM plays by default when the player enters a Glendale in the game.
