The Clock Tower Building is based on the Crocker Bank building built by the Bay Cities Guaranty Building and Loan Association in Santa Monica, California. This is a 11-story art-deco office tower that has a clock at the top and hence known as the Clock Tower Building. This building has a small restaurant and bar on the ground floor. This building is situated on San Andreas Avenue in Del Perro.
