This building’s design and its surrounding area including the monument is based on the Compton Court and the Martin Luther King Jr. monument outside it. This building is located diagonally opposite to the Central los Santos Medical Center adjacent to the Davis Sheriff's Station, Courthouse and Library.
This building plays no role in the storyline of GTA V and has no appearance in any missions.
Like its equivalent in Del Perro, the building includes the Los Santos coat of arms to validate the incorporation within the greater city of Los Santos.
