The Del Perro Heights building is based on the Searise Office Tower located at 233 Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica, California. It is a residential building but a sign shows that it also has the Simpson, Cochrane & Bailey and Feist & Welch LLP offices located here.
The entrance to the building has a well designed garden with trees and a few staircases around it that lead to the main entry.
This building plays no role in the events of GTA V and does not appear in any missions.
