There is nothing much that is revealed about the couple’s background. However, the man mentions that it is the woman’s birthday and that they need to get back to their motel to celebrate.
The couple can be found near Sandy Shores Medical Center in Sandy Shores. The couple will be drunk and will ask the player to drop them off to The Motor Motel on Route 68. The player has to take their car and drop them to the motel. If playing as Trevor, they can be delivered to the Altruist Cult. On the journey, the couple will have sex in the backseat and each of the protagonists react to it in a different way.

If Trevor chooses to deliver them to the Altruists cult, he'll get $2000 for the pair.
A. The Drunk Couple can be found near the Sandy Shores Medical Center in Sandy Shores.
A. When the player is close to the location of the drunk couple in Sandy Shores, a blue marker will appear on the minimap. The player has to then simply approach the couple to trigger the mission.
A. The drunk couple can either be dropped off at their motel, delivered to the Altruist Cult by Trevor, or be killed.
