Fire Truck In GTA 5

The livery of the Fire Truck in GTA V is inspired by the Los Angeles Fire Department's engine, and the front bumper and rear end have a license plate. The emergency lights on the front work, while the cabin has orange/amber LED lights on the roof and side flashing lights.

The Fire Truck has a unique siren and wailer in the enhanced versions of the game. It is dispatched by the LSFD when a fire breaks out and comes with four firefighters. They use hand-held extinguishers for small fires and the on-board hose for larger fires.

Only one or two Fire Trucks can be dispatched at once, and they are scared by explosions or gunfire.

The Fire Truck has been improved in terms of acceleration, handling, and brakes, but it is not as heavy as in GTA IV and cannot easily push away other vehicles. It is powered by a Supercharged 24-Valve engine with a 5-speed gearbox and features a water cannon that can be used to clean fuel or attack cars and people, but doing so may result in a wanted level or hostility from civilians.

This vehicle cannot be modified.

The Bureau Raid - In the Subtle Approach of this heist the crew disguise themselves as firefighters and arrive at the scene in a fire truck to gain access to the building.

• Arrives if a player dials 911 for a fire truck.

• Can be found at or outside the following fire stations:

• Davis Fire Station

• Paleto Bay Fire Station

• El Burro Heights Fire Station

• Rockford Hills Fire Station

• Fort Zancudo Fire Station

• Can be seen driving towards the Los Santos International Airport Fire Station.

• Can be found parked across the road from the rear of the South Los Santos Medical Center.

• Will arrive at the scene of vehicle explosions and fires if a wanted level is not in place.

• Sometimes, spraying pedestrians or their vehicles with the onboard water cannon will cause them to go aggro towards and chase the player. Continually doing this will result in a wanted level as will spraying law enforcement or military pedestrians/vehicles directly.

• Passive Mode in GTA Online is disabled when entering the truck, as the water cannon is considered a weapon.

• If a Fire Truck is commandeered by law enforcement or military personnel, the water cannon will be used by the driver in an attempt to stop the player.
