Back in 2008, Karen worked as an undercover government agent for United Liberty Paper in Liberty City. During the events of GTA IV, Karen becomes Niko Bellic’s girlfriend and goes on multiple dates with him under the alias “Michelle”. She later reveals his identity to him.
In the mission Three’s Company, Karen is seen interrogating Ferdinand Kerimov and threatens to sodomize him with a flashlight. Just then, Michael enters through the window and takes Kerimov with him. Franklin, who is at a vantage point in a nearby building with a sniper rifle, opens fire at them but Karen manages to get away safely. She does not appear in GTA V after this.
Three's Company
Karen's appearance was changed in Humane Raid - Key Codes after The Diamond Casino & Resort update. She will now wear the same outfit with an IAA badge as seen in Three's Company.
