The Knuckle Dusters are a metal band worn around the fingers that protrude out while holding a fist. They are made of brass and have a floral design on them. There are many customizations for the knuckle dusters and are not just tints but some unique pattern upgrades.
(The Knuckle Dusters in the first person perspective)
The Knuckle Duster performs amazingly well in hand to hand combat and fist fights. It simply increases the damage done by the fist while punching. It can take down NPCs in just one hit and some are even seen falling quite a distance away from the player due to the force of the punch.
